When will my order be dispatched?
All in-stock orders placed Mon–Fri before 5 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 5 pm, weekends or UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
We use a rapid 2-working-day service for mainland UK, so most parcels arrive within two business days of dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes—UK mainland orders £50 + (inc. VAT) ship free. Orders under £50 cost £4.99. Non-standard UK areas (NI, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, etc.) are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I track my parcel?
Absolutely. We email a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow every step.
What is your returns window?
You have 28 calendar days from the day you receive your order to send back eligible items for a refund or exchange.
What items are returnable?
Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging, including any freebies. Certain items (perishables, unsealed personal-care goods, personalised items, digital downloads, clearance items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
