Thank you for shopping with ELIVOR LTD. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch your order, the services we use, and the costs involved.
1. Dispatch & Processing Time

Same‑Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 17:00 (5 pm) GMT are dispatched the same day.

Orders after 17:00 or on weekends/UK bank holidays ship the next working day.

We aim to have every parcel delivered within 2 working days of dispatch (Rapid 2‑Day Service).
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.
2. Delivery Services
We partner with reliable UK couriers (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, DPD, Evri) to ensure fast and traceable delivery. The courier varies based on weight, value and destination.
3. Shipping Rates

*Non‑standard areas include Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and BFPO addresses. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can monitor progress in real time.
5. Missed Delivery & Safe Places
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will either:

Leave it in a designated safe place (if you have set one up), or

Attempt re‑delivery or leave a calling card with instructions.
6. Undeliverable or Returned‑to‑Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment. Additional postage fees may apply unless the error was ours.
7. Delays & Service Interruptions
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather, peak seasonal volumes or courier network issues. We are not liable for consequential losses caused by courier delays, but we will do our best to help.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please report lost or damaged parcels within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. For overseas enquiries, please contact support@elivor.co.uk.
