Returns Policy

Welcome to ELIVOR LTD. We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from us. If something isn’t quite right, our simple 28‑day returns policy is here to help.


1. Returns Window

You have 28 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging (including any seals, shrink‑wrap, tags or protective films intact).

  • Include all accessories, manuals, freebies or promotional items that came with it.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage until your return is processed.

3. Items Excluded From Return

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personal care or hygiene products once unsealed.
  • Custom‑made or personalised items.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Clearance/"final sale" items clearly marked as non‑returnable at checkout.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@elivor.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  2. Our team will reply within one business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely, include a copy of your invoice, and write the RA number on the outside of the parcel.

  4. Send your parcel to the address below.

Without an RA number we may be unable to identify your parcel, which could delay your refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non‑refundable.

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: We will reimburse reasonable return postage or send you a pre‑paid label.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 3–5 days for the funds to appear.

8. Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or replacement? The fastest way is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. If the item is faulty we can ship a replacement subject to stock availability.

9. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant UK legislation.
